The Farm

    The farm, of around 200 hectares of olive trees, almond trees, holm oaks, pines and underbrush, nests between the spurs of Sierra Mágina, in the county of Jaén, and Los Montes Orientales, in the county of Granada. This lies between a high plateau of sandy-loam soil, between 1020 m. and 1070 m altitude, unbeatable, high levels which, in a Continental Mediterranean climate favor an excellent quality for all their EVOO.

    For the exploitation of our olive orchards, under a comprehensive production (API), we use farming systems which make the most of our resources and our natural production mechanisms, and ensure a long-term sustainable agriculture, able to coordinate society´s demands, environment care and agricultural productivity.

    Because the best EVOO is born out of respect for the environment.
